PROBLEMS OF TEENAGE MARRIAGES
Today let us look on this article on teenage marriages and associated problems. This is a borrowed article from a different however you will still enjoy it. Read.
Marriage is a lifetime commitment. It is the name of trust, love, faith and support. But teenagers do not agree with these, so them marriage life go for divorced at last. Marital problems may occur when couples are in conflict, have trouble communicating, or don't trust each other. According to the research teens are making life-changing decisions with the wrong portion of their brains.
Teenage marriage has become a challenge in the modern era. There are so many things which disturbs married teens life-
1.Disagreements over money: - both girl and boy, they don't agree with the same.
2.Laziness: - this is the second thing; if boy or girl is lazier they will not live together whole life.
3.Disagreements over children: - if one loves to have children ant other says no.
4.Physical or mental abuse: - this is the common problem in couples these days.
Marriage takes the income, time and resources of two loving partner. Cohabiting relationships are generally less stable and secure than marriage that welfare is time-limited, and that non-custodial fathers will be held accountable for financial support. This is not to suggest that you wait about marriage until every possible financial problem has been completely solved, but rather simply suggests that you do not close your eyes to the real situation whatever it may be.
First, the problem of adequate financial support is obvious. Although money does not buy happiness, it is true that a tight financial situation can create tensions, which can undermine an otherwise happy relationship. While some financial problems are to be expected in almost any new marriage, it is important to take time to think sensibly, so that such problems will not destroy what could otherwise be a beautiful relationship, if not undertaken prematurely.
The second problem, that comes in teenage marriage is an unplanned pregnancy, and rightly so. Because the teen mother body do not become improve and do not become ready for pregnancy so it may be a danger for mother. The teenage need to bear the responsibility of the child, even though they are not settled in their own lives.
Another problem, which faced by teenagers at early marriage, is the problem of personal maturity. While immature and irresponsible actions may sometimes seem funny before marriage, they will become serious if the groom and bride are mature and understand the meaning of marriage.
Teen's marriage, though possessing certain inherent dangers, is widely practiced in all over the world.

MARRIAGE SERIES :Effects of petting
Petting and touchy situations part II
Some effects of petting
Yesterday we saw some key aspects of petting. Petting is surprisingly petting is a very wide subject because it takes a large part of our love. Before marriage and after marriage petting will keep going. This special article is very important to young people thus it should be thoroughly studied. Soma uelimike.
Today we will concentrate on effects of petting to both boys and a girls.
1. The game of petting is risky because it caters for the temptation to take advantage of another person. People of all ages face this temptation to exploit others.
2. In petting game, the unloved fill loved, the ugly are made to fill beautiful, the lonely feels as if some one cares. All under the pretence of a love that may not even exist.
3. The game is risky because it leads many couples to intercourse. They normally reach a point when the discover that they can handle the situation they just can’t stop doing it.
4. Petting can also produce some permanent after effects in marriage. Psychologists and physicians have found that many of the women who cannot respond freely to sexual stimulation in marriage have the roots of their problems in petting experience! Hatari lakini salama.
5. Petting also has some effects to male. Bad or early sex experiences can result in the so called premature ejaculation practices because he is used to satisfying himself through quick sex.
6. It can also cause impotence, which is inability to maintain an election. Normally impotence is 90% a psychological reaction to a real or imaginary experience and it can require extended periods of treatment.
In its real sense petting is not dirty. It will not give you a disease or make hair grow on your palms or curl your toes. Petting inside the bonds of marriages is beautiful experience. It is the natural expression of love called foreplay which finally leads to sexual intercourse.
In general petting is the exploration of another’s body by a couple who does not intend for intercourse to occur. And that is the trouble with petting. It does not stand alone. It is designed to move on to something else. By itself outside marriage it is more frustrating than satisfying. It is a mistake to think of petting as only an adventure in the cool and calculated exploration another person’s body. Petting is progressive, you will always want to go to another stage………………………….. chunga sana .

ABOUT SICKLE CELL DISEASE
ABOUT SICKLE CELL DISEASE: Sickle cell disease is a hereditary blood disorder that affects the red blood cells. People with this disease have red blood cells that mostly contain an abnormal type of hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is the main substance of the red blood cells, helping them carry oxygen from the air in our lungs to the different parts of the body. Normal red blood cells are smooth and round, like doughnuts, so they can squeeze through the blood vessels; they also live for about 120 days before new cells replace them. People with sickle cell disease have misshapen red blood cells, usually hard and pointed, and shaped like a sickle (crescent).
This makes it more likely for them to get stuck in small blood vessels and block the flow of blood, so that tissue throughout the body becomes oxygen deprived and damaged. These abnormal red blood cells also don't live as long as normal ones -- only about 16 days -- and the body simply can't make enough new red blood cells to keep up. With fewer red blood cells in the body, people with the disease can suffer from anemia, gallstones and jaundice, among other complications.
INHERITING SICKLE CELL DISEASE: Having sickle cell disease is not the same thing as carrying the sickle cell trait. People with sickle cell trait are generally healthy; they don't have the disease, but merely carry the gene that causes the disease. They can pass this gene on to their children. All sickle cell conditions are inherited from parents, just like blood type, and hair and eye color. If one of the parents has sickle cell anemia and the other is not a carrier of the trait, all of the children will have the sickle cell trait. In this case, there is a 50 percent chance of their child having the condition. If both parents have sickle cell trait, they have a 25 percent chance of having a baby with sickle cell anemia.
BACKGROUND
The first report of sickle cell disease was in a dental student from Grenada, Walter Clement Noel, who was studying in Chicago between 1904 and 1907. Dr. James Herrick and Dr. Ernest Irons were the first to identify the irreversibly sickled cells associated with his disease, described in their report as "very irregular, many elongated forms." Noel later returned to Grenada to set up a dental practice and died at age 32 of acute chest syndrome. Neel and Beet described homozygous inheritance in 1947–1949. The demonstration of abnormal electrophoretic mobility of the hemoglobin S beta chain in subjects with sickle cell disease and trait led to the proposal by Pauling that this was a molecular disease of hemoglobin (1949), followed by the observation that valine had replaced glutamic acid on the beta globin chain (Ingram and Hunt, 1956–1958
MARRIAGE SERIES: Petting and touchy games for lovers
PETTING AND TOUCHY SITUATIONS
Introduction to petting
Data
Statistics usually bore most of us as we normally do not want the so called namba! Mahesabu ndiyo yenyewe. Statistics show that next to dating, petting seems to be the most popular sport among youth. In one research by Nancy it showed that 17% had not engaged in petting and did not plan to, 27% had petted and never intended to do so again and 43% had petted and intended to do it again. Wameonja asali wanachonga mzinga!.
Intensity of petting
Petty goes a step beyond hugging and kissing but not as far as intercourse. When a couple engage in petting, they feel they are saying “I love you and I care about you. Some day our relationship may blossom into something more, but right now this is where things are.” Uongo uongo uongo ingawa kuna wakati kunakuwa na ukweli ingawa ni kwa wachache!
Why petting
Most the students when asked why petting they said they wanted to express love to their partners. Since most of the young people lack the ability to make flowery romantic speeches, they try to communicate what they feel through petting. ……they feel that their love is very special and they want to come across to their dating partners as sincere. …..they know that sexual intercourse is the ultimate expression of love and they are not ready for that yet.
But there is another factor as well although young people are reluctant to admit it. Often they engage in petting because of the physical pleasure derived through sexual stimulation. They enjoy the pleasant sensation of the moment, and some get to the place where they look to such enjoyments as an end to itself. In these situations petting reflects self love rather than love for the other. Under such circumstances petting violets the principles we expect to govern a relationship between a man and a woman.
Caution: Couples, who engage in petting when they are not in real love, do so strictly for the fun of it. Yet sexual experimentation without love cheapens a relationship. To use another person to satisfy your own sexual desire of the moment is shoddy. The risks are high and the rewards are low.
Take care and see you next time. (itaendelea)

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE ROUND UP
Full group standings can be found here.
GROUP E
AS Roma rallied from two goals down to beat last season's runner-up Bayern Munich 3-2 and take a big step toward advancing from the group. Bayern, who had already qualified and will go through as group winners, went into a 2-0 lead through two quick goals from Mario Gomez.
But Roma made a remarkable second-half comeback with goals from Marco Borriello, Daniele de Rossi and a penalty from substitute Francesco Totti earning them the win.
The result puts Roma within touching distance of the next round as they sit three points clear of third-placed Basel, who beat Cluj 1-0 courtesy of a Frederico Almerares goal after 14 minutes.
GROUP F
Marseille cruised into the last 16 with a 3-0 victory over Spartak Moscow at the Luzhniki Stadium. Mathieu Valbuena got Didier Deschamps' men off to the perfect start with a fine opener inside 20 minutes, and further strikes by Loic Remy and Brandao after the break ensured OM the margin of victory they required to progress.
Chelsea progress as winners with a 2-1 win over MSK Zilina at Stamford Bridge.
But the Blues had to come from behind to pick up the three points against the European minnows after Babatounde Bello's gave the visitors a shock 19th-minute opener.
Goals from Daniel Sturridge and Florent Malouda saw Chelsea maintain their perfect record in the competition.
GROUP G
AC Milan sealed their spot in the last 16 after a less-than-convincing 2-0 victory over Auxerre in Burgundy. Zlatan Ibrahimovic's wonderful 64th-minute strike came out of the blue and put them in front, while Ronaldinho came off the bench to curl in a second late on.
The win leaves Milan on eight points in Group G, and Ajax's 4-0 thumping at home to Real Madrid ensured the Rossoneri would qualify as runners-up to the Spaniards.
Cristiano Ronaldo took his tally to 18 goals in 19 games as Madrid guaranteed themselves first place in the group after convincingly seeing off the hosts at the Amsterdam ArenA.
Goals from Karim Benzema and Alvaro Arbeloa put Madrid in control and Ronaldo struck twice after the break, the second from the penalty spot.
But Madrid finished the match with only nine men after Xabi Alonso and Sergio Ramos appeared to deliberately get themselves sent off in the closing stages by picking up second yellow cards for time-wasting.
GROUP H
Shakhtar Donetsk scored three second-half goals to brush aside Partizan Belgrade and virtually assure their progress. Goals from Taras Stepanenko, Rodrigues Jadson and ex-Arsenal striker Eduardo helped Shakhtar collect the three points and add to point-less Partizan's European misery.
Arsenal suffered a shock 2-0 defeat by Braga at the Estadio Municipal to put their qualifying hopes in jeopardy.
The Gunners were denied what looked like a certain penalty by referee Viktor Kassai before Braga scored two late breakaway goals from Brazil striker Matheus, leaving Arsene Wenger's men waiting to secure a place in the last 16 as they are level on points with Braga

Eto'o faces ban for headbutting
Italian champions Inter Milan will find out on Tuesday whether their Cameroon striker Samuel Eto'o will be suspended for headbutting an opponent.
Eto'o jogged away before turning around and headbutting Cesar in the chest.
"It could lead to a heavy ban. I hope nothing happens, but it's difficult," Inter president Massimo Moratti said.
The Italian Football Federation has requested TV evidence of the incident and the BBC African Footballer of the Year nominee could be banned for between two to four games.
An Eto'o ban would be a huge blow for Inter coach Rafael Benitez who has had to cope with injuries to key players including Diego Milito.
Inter have also suffered a loss of form and currently lie in sixth place in Serie A, nine points behind their cross-city rivals, AC Milan.
Eto'o has scored 17 goals in all competitions this season.
The Italian league has used video evidence to ban Fiorentina striker Alberto Gilardino for two games after he scored a goal with his hand.
Inter host Dutch side FC Twente in the European Champions League on Wednesday.
REAL MADRID DREAMS LAST 16
Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas hopes that the Blancos can break their Round of 16 hoodoo in the Champions League.
Madrid travel to Amsterdam to take on Ajax on Tuesday evening safe in the knowledge that they have already qualified for the second round. However, the concern for Casillas is their inability to make it beyond that round for the past six years.
"It has stuck in our heads like a little trauma, but this has happened to the players – me more than anyone – who have been here a few years," Casillas told Uefa.com.
"I've experienced and suffered this situation but the new, young players have their own experiences with previous clubs, so it's not necessarily something the squad as a whole think about. It's more the club which has suffered this setback in the last six years.
"The arrival of Mourinho also meant the arrival of new players – young players with a lot of talent, who want to do things right, have a lot of hope and are very committed. It's like a renewal."
Casillas is also highly appreciative of the injection of fresh blood into the squad and underlined the importance of Mesut Oezil and Sami Khedira.
"Mesut and Sami are serious boys who have tried to integrate as quickly as possible," said the World Cup winner.
""It's not easy for them as they speak a different language and it's difficult to learn a new one, but the team have supported them as much as possible to help them settle.
"The team are acting like a family, laughing a lot and taking care of each other, particularly the younger lads."

Kissing Puberty
PITTSBURGH (Ivanhoe Broadcast News) -- They're politely called "the awkward years," but anybody who can remember going through puberty knows "awkward" is an understatement. Now medical researchers believe they're close to solving the puzzle of puberty.
The awkwardness of growing up is not just a physical phenomenon. It's emotional ... And especially chemical.
"Puberty, many people would expect, arises in the gonads and genitals organs. But in fact, puberty arises from the brain," says neuroendocrinologist Tony Plant, Ph.D.
Dr. Plant and a research team from Harvard and the University of Pittsburgh discovered the precise chemical chain reaction that could be the much sought-after puberty trigger.
"The brain sends an endocrine signal to the pituitary gland. This makes protein hormones which reaches the ovaries and testes," Dr. Plant says.
It all begins with a kiss -- the KiSS 1 gene, which produces a protein in the hypothalamus. When the protein connects with its receptor, the GPR54 gene, puberty begins.
Dr. Plant says this is the first real handle we've had on the issue of the trigger. With wide variation, that trigger is pulled sometime between ages 10 and 16. But early or late puberty can pose developmental problems, like behavior problems and low self-esteem. Pediatricians have to treat these children with either precocious or delayed puberty.
By knowing the exact chemical causes of puberty, medical researchers can now begin developing treatments that can harmonize the process.
Right now, the only therapy for puberty disorders is frequent hormonal injections. With this genetic discovery, scientists hope oral medicines can be developed to either enhance or slow puberty where needed.

SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH: SALT IS DANGEROUS
PITTSBURGH, Penn. (Ivanhoe Newswire) -- You add it to popcorn, fries, veggies, and just about every breakfast, lunch and dinner. But did you know just one teaspoon of salt has 2,400 milligrams of sodium? That's more than the recommended amount for an entire day! With so much attention focused on lowering sodium intake, food scientists are creating a healthier replacement for salt.
Charles Culliver has become an expert in reading food labels. Last November, doctors diagnosed Culliver with heart disease and prescribed a radical change in diet.
"They said no bacon, no sausage, no packaged meat," Culliver told Ivanhoe.
And absolutely no table salt!
“High amounts of sodium can raise the blood pressure which indirectly effects the heart which has to pump harder," Vikas Rathi, M.D., a cardiologist at Allegheny General Hospital, in Pittsburg, Pa., explained.
Experimental psychologist Paul Breslin, studies human perceptions of taste at the Monell Chemical Senses Center in Philadelphia. Breslin says a pure salty taste may be hard to replicate.
“There really are no salt substitutes at all," Breslin explained.
What's part of the problem? Researchers aren't exactly sure how the human tongue detects salt. Here's another challenge for some products, salt does more than just improve the flavor in cooking or baking. Salt is also used to make bitter foods taste better, food to last longer, dough to be stronger.
Breslin says the best solution may be to discover a way to change salt receptors, making low-sodium foods taste saltier.
“There are ways of modifying the protein to allow a little bit of salt to go further," Breslin explained.
So instead of adding another dash of salt, a saltier taste could be created in the food itself.
Several food product companies say their scientists have been able to pinpoint the receptors responsible for tasting salt, but they have kept that information secret. Experts say new information about salt taste biology continues to emerge, and that information may speed the development of saltier tasting low sodium foods.
This report has been produced thanks to a generous grant from the Camille and Henry Dreyfus Foundation, Inc.

MARRIAGE SERIES: Love development
DEVELOPMENT OF LOVE
How love develops
Difference researches indicated that the average person progresses through five stages of love. For a person to understand how love develops you need to follow the following key five stages. Fuatilia.
Infantile stage
A baby receives love just because he has been born. He cannot love other, and no one expects him or her to. The infant thinks of himself. He is only concerned about getting what he wants and satisfying his own desires. He doesn’t care about how he puts others as long as he gets what he wants. A baby only loves himself or herself. A baby is there always selfish.
Parent love stage
The child’s first love other than himself revolves around his parents, particularly his mother. Probably this is because she spends the most time with him and does the most things for him. The baby wants his mother to stay with him and follows his father when his is around. Now the child loves himself and his parents.
Friend love stage
A few years later the child ventures out of the home and begins to take an interest in children or his own age particularly those of his own sex. His now adopts the standard of his parents. He is becoming specialized and learning to deal with his friends. Now parents take second place in his or her thoughts. He or she now loves himself, his friends, and his parents- in this order!
Adolescent stage
Hapa ndipo mambo yanaanza sasa. During adolescence stage the horizon expands once more. Now the individual take an interest in opposite sex. A girl finds boys worth of more serious study and vice versa. Tendency is still to consider love in much more same way as a baby does in terms of what can one do for others. The adolescent stage is a trial and error period when attention focuses on ore person for longer periods.
During the early teen years particularly a girl may dream about older, handsome men like movie stares, television idol and the like. Later on she starts dreaming about a handsome boy in the class or school. A girl normally day dreams that if she can make one of these good catches all the other girls would envy her. In general love begins with what you can give to a relationship. And if you have nothing to give, it can’t last longer. And finally you will have to understand that love consists of much more than the feelings involved in romance during the early stages of dating. Love is more than that.
Mature love stage
When you reach this level, physical attraction become less and less significant, and emotional and psychological factors become more important. You shift from what you can get to what you can give. You shift your thinking from yourself to your partner. If you are truly in love, in a spirit of unselfishness you try to do what is best for your partner. And if your sweetheart really loves you, he or she will think about your best interests in an unselfish way. So while you are giving you are also receiving.
Caution: Going through these stages takes time and most of us enter marriage with some infantile love left in us. If fact, most of us never mature in every way. But some people are so seriously arrested in their emotionl development that it would be nearly impossible for them to relate to others in an adult way.
Point to note: Although falling in love is an important element in the process of courtship, you must realize that falling in love is not enough. You need to check your love feelings against the realities of life. Any one young of old can fall in love. The problem comes in trying to stay in love.
Take care and see you next time. (itaendelea)
